Brushing twice a day improves dental health

Dr. Raj at Dental Care 4U and the American Dental Association recommends that children and adults brush their teeth at least twice a day for two minutes each time. Brushing each area of your children’s teeth for two minutes helps ensure that the plaque and food debris are removed from their teeth. That’s just 30 seconds for each part of your mouth: upper right, upper left, lower right and lower left. They are worth it!
